Gold Rush Days Festival Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor in our 2025 Gold Rush Days Festival. Applications close on May 1, 2025 and vendor notifications will not be made until July.

If you are selected as a 2025 vendor, you will receive an e-mail with further details and payment information.

Craft Booth – $350 per 10′ x 10′ Space

Food Booth (Church & Civic Organizations Only) – $700 per 10′ x 10′ Space

Food Booth (Private Vendor) – $1,000 per 10′ x 10′ Space

Snack Booth/Cart (Limited Menu Items) – $400 per 10′ x 10′ Space

Local Non-Profit Booth (Must be from Lumpkin County) – $50 per 10′ x 10′ Space [Limited Spaces Available]

Will your booth require electrical hookup? One 110v 15 amp receptacle located up to 200 ft. from booth. Electricity is not guaranteed and each request will be reviewed. (There is a $25 additional charge for electricity. Limited areas within festival offer electricity.) *GENERATORS ARE PROHIBITED *
